margin-top: 5px; text-align: justify\"\u003e\u003c!--AIPOS_0--\u003e记者梳理发现，从餐饮油烟的源头管控，到公共场所噪声的规范治理，草案对这些看似细碎的民生“小事”都有关切——草案第250条明确，禁止在居民住宅楼、未配套设立专用烟道的商住综合楼以及商住综合楼内与居住层相邻的商业楼层内新建、改建、扩建产生油烟、异味、废气的餐饮服务项目。\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 5px; text-align: justify\"\u003e针对广场舞等健身活动带来的噪声，草案第593条作出规范：在街道、广场、公园等公共场所组织或者开展娱乐、健身等活动，应当遵守公共场所管理者有关活动区域、时段、音量等规定，采取有效措施，防止噪声污染；不得违反规定使用音响器材产生过大音量。\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;
